You can delete your Dress Live account and all personal data associated with it at any time. Deletion is free and permanent.
Option 1 — In the App
- Open Dress Live and go to Profile.
- Tap Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account, read the summary and confirm.
- You are signed out immediately and receive a confirmation email.
Option 2 — By email
Send a deletion request
From the email address linked to your account, write to contact@ecosysteme.ai with the subject “Delete my Dress Live account”. If you signed in with Apple or Google, tell us which one. We confirm the request within 72 hours and may ask you to verify your identity.
What gets deleted
- Your account (name, email, sign-in identifiers)
- All photos you uploaded and all try-on images generated from them
- Your body measurements and size recommendations
- Your virtual wardrobe, favourites and looks
- Your messages and appointment history with boutiques
- Device, usage and notification settings
Deletion is completed on our servers within 30 days. We keep only records we are legally required to retain — invoices for orders you placed with boutiques (10 years, French accounting law) — and pseudonymised security logs. Boutiques with which you placed an order keep the data needed for that order under their own privacy policies.
Delete only some data
You do not have to delete your whole account: in the App you can delete individual photos, try-on images or your measurements (Wardrobe → item → Delete; Profile → My measurements → Delete), revoke camera or microphone permission in your device settings, and turn off notifications.
